Maybe you could do something called “Simulation Championship” where in order to be eligible to make the score board, the race would have to meet certain qualifications. Like: 20 laps, full sim, tire damage. Obviously the host should be able to set up this race type with the press of a button.
I would like to see assignable teams and point tracking while playing a championship online.
The host should be able to limit a room to a certain bike class.
Downloadable replays of the top 10 fastest laps are a must.
Stunt mode wasn’t that fun, perhaps you could integrate status power-ups like speed boost, inverted controls, or super turning ability.
That’s it, hopefully someone important will read this….

I forgot to mention one other thing I would like to see.
I would like to be able to limit a room to a certain camera position. I have tried to organize races in the past where everyone raced in cockpit view but it’s impossible to tell if someone’s cheating. Racing cockpit view is a blast (especially on a 50" dlp) but I would hardly ever do it because it put me at such a disadvantage. While were at it, give cockpit view its own scoreboard. That would separate the men from the children. I’m not talking about that wussy cockpit 2 view ether; I’m talkin the real deal.
Oh and with the downloadable replays. I want to be able to actually watch the rider do his complete lap from any camera angle with full telemetry. Maybe there could be a way to map out and place on the track the actual race line of the rider you downloaded.

(apols if already posted, i haven't read all)
- more on-screen stats during race e.g. scrolling leaders bar down one side / across top of screen (ala F1 on TV)
- saves your Optimatch settings as a deafault so you dont have to reselect your 4 favourite items every time
- perhaps more aids when doing practice - something that helps to get you up the board rather than just lonesome practice e.g. best gear, when to brake, when to turn (just for practice of course)
- Join Optimatch game on very first menu - all I, and I suspect others do is either Time Trials or Optimatch multiplayer, both should be single 'button' selections on very first menu
- ability to talk to more than guy in front/behind
- spoken commentary (at least leader, second and third on lap complete and when new leader)
- ability to use the better looking paint jobs of the 'default' rider bikes under your own profile (i can't create art and dont want to try)
- easier to use rain if that makes sense - its so very different for us ~1000 rankers that we never play it and therefore it remains difficult
