Which skin do you prefer

A lot of IT products websites and their forums have strange bright colors. None of the one I deal with have an all black format. I dont really have to hid it but I prefer if the guys that work for me didnt realize what I do some of the time.

I don't know what kind of websites you normally use for work, but I think heritage is way more "inapropriate looking" and attention grabbing than the plain dark background is.

If you work in the porn industry or something then maybe but anything else, lighter is the norm. White background, black text... pretty much what you'll find on any "official" website. Most of the OSU forums I go to are white/gray with black text for this very reason. This forum will still be the most colorful/darkest that I visit at work.

That dark crap was aweful and I have hated it for years.
I even used the 'Default' white for a while (I don't think it was available to everyone), but then text colors would sometimes be hard to read.

I don't think it is too bright at all (I could probably go lighter even). Its gray not white. If it looks at all white on your monitor, you may need to adjust your contrast/brightness as it is clearly not white - even the lightest grays on this site are darker than MS default gray.

no after i looked at it again, i realized it isn't white.

it is still very bright for my taste, though.

No worries. That's why we provide alternatives. If you are looking for a new skin that is darker than xblR Heritage, then......

I'm sure that nothing like that is in production at all, and if something were to mysteriously appear some day I will be totally suprised, much like I was when Heritage magically appeared last week.

Yeah, I liked the eXtremepixels light but people had a lot of their crap set up for the dark one and it was impossible to read stuff. And I agree that it could even go lighter. This gray is no where near white. I don't know if I can say I "hated" xblRacing's dark look, but it wasn't my favorite. PMGP can never be equaled.
